Privacy policy
This policy covers centresto.com. It describes what the contact form on this site collects, what happens to it, and how to have it removed. Centurion Restoration LLC is responsible for the information described here.
What we collect
The contact form asks for:
- Your name and email address, both required.
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it.
- The type of damage, and whatever you tell us in your own words.
We do not ask for anything else, and the website has no accounts, no logins and no payment forms.
Why we collect it
To answer you. We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, to arrange an inspection or estimate, and to carry out any work you go on to ask us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
What happens to it
When you submit the form, its contents are sent to our business email address at info@centresto.com, and read by us. Two service providers handle it on the way:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the form submission before passing it on.
- Mailgun delivers the message to our inbox, and keeps a short-term delivery log recording that it was sent.
Your enquiry then sits in our business email account for as long as we need it, which for work we go on to do means as long as our records for that job. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking of any kind. The only third party your browser contacts:
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site uses and receives your IP address in the course of doing so.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Please do not send anything through the form you would not want sitting in an email inbox, such as financial or identification details.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Asking us to delete your information
Email info@centresto.com and ask. Tell us roughly when you contacted us so we can find it. We will confirm once it is done. You can also ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions.
